CUTTING DETAILS

An average 1/4 share of beef will give you (6) T-Bone or New York Strip Steaks, (6) Ribeye Steaks, (2) Sirloin Steaks, (1-2) Top & Bottom Round Steaks, (1) Arm Roast, (1) Rump Roast, (1) Sirloin Roast, (1) Chuck Roast, (2) Short Ribs, (1) 3-5 lb Brisket, and 45-50 lbs of hamburger.

-1/4 Share of Beef Purchased: beef is priced at $5.10 per pound of hanging weight

-1/2 Share of Beef Purchased: beef is priced at $5.00 per pound of hanging weight

-Whole Share of Beef Purchased: beef is priced at $4.90 per pound of hanging weight

*Hanging weight is defined as the weight of the meat less the head, legs, hide, and entrails. Our beef usually has an approximate hanging weight of 800 lbs.

Processing fee is an additional charge through the butcher since beef is personalized based on your cuts. Typical cuts are $1.15 per pound packaged.

CUTTING CHOICES

Once your beef is finished, we will bring it to the butcher to be processed. At this time, your final payment is required and once received you will be getting a call from the butcher asking you how you want your beef cut. You can personalize your beef to exactly how you want, from the thickness of your steaks to the size of your roasts!
