We are a family owned cattle ranch located in North Dakota. We love Jesus Christ, our family and cattle. We strive to produce the best beef for our customers. We Artificially Inseminate our cow herd yearly, using the top 1% carcass trait bulls in the Angus and Simmental industry. This gives us steers with the best marbling and ribeye in the country. We raise our beef on green grass and finish them on cracked corn. You will only get all natural beef, no vaccinations or implants. Any sick calves that get vaccinated on our ranch get sold to the sale barn and end up in your local grocery stores.
In addition to the great beef, our butcher ages your beef for 21-28 days which adds to the flavor and tenderness. Once your beef is finished, we will bring it to the butcher to be processed. At this time, your final payment is required and once received you will be getting a call from the butcher asking you how you want your beef cut. You can personalize your beef to exactly how you want, from the thickness of your steaks to the size of your roasts. You can even get pepper sticks, summer sausage, or beef bacon and more.
